Our Property

All original content, designs, methodologies, and processes developed by ADWEB remain the intellectual property of ADWEB unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Client Property

All materials, logos, brand assets, and content provided by the client remain the client's property. You grant ADWEB a limited licence to use these solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g. website files, ad creatives) will be transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of services.


7. Results & Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, ADWEB does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed number of leads, sales, or revenue growth. Digital marketing results depend on many variables including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

ADWEB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
